I have been back from Mongolia for a little while now. It was nice to get in one more (chilly!) rock climbing trip before the "off-season" between the end of rock and the start of ice.

FYI: The season between the end of exploration in Mongolia and the start of climbing back in Eastern Canada is called "Halloween". It is the high holiday of our family, and you have very cool photos that are clearly nowhere on this blog. People in helmets dangling on ropes are of course riveting viewing - but what about pictures of the 20 pumpkins carved with power tools? The scary box that made people urinate in fear? Uncle Dirtnap smoking a cigar? The nasty things in the fridge that glow in the dark? Where are your priorities man!??! Those things are cool. I am waiting.....
